# Questions and proposals

GitHub Discussions is not enabled for the repository.  Usage questions and
proposals are filed on the
[issue tracker](https://github.com/pulserver/bartorch/issues/new/choose): a
question as a documentation issue when the documentation did not answer it,
and a proposal as a feature request, which states the reconstruction problem
and the interface proposed before any implementation.  A change to the public
API is discussed in an issue before a pull request is opened.
