pulserver.protocol.format_validation()

Format a validate reply: status line, info line, value block.

Whitespace in the info text, newlines included, is folded to single spaces. With rf_layout, a valid reply that holds an RF layout ends with its [RfLayout] block, as format_rf_layout() formats it over listed_peak_hz.
