pulserver.proxy.enrich_acquisition()

Stamp row index of the table on one acquisition, in place.

Sets the encoding counters, flags, sample_time_us and encoding_space_ref, and center_sample unless k does not move across the readout, in which case the received value stays. A readout whose k moves gets it as traj, trailing constant axes dropped, unless it is a Cartesian readout sampled on its flat top alone.

The samples are left as received, except where SequenceTable.readout_phase_modulation() gives a phase, with the object at fov_offset_m when given. That is the part of a shifted field of view a receiver cannot apply itself: under a gradient that holds one value, a shift is a phase and a frequency offset, but under one that does not, the phase curves over the readout and is applied here.
