Describe the table’s encoding spaces and sequence parameters in an MRD header.
For every space, sets
reconSpacefrom the sequence’s matrix and field of view when defined, andencodedSpacefrom them with the readout of a Cartesian space widened to the samples of its full echo (TableSpace.readout_samples), the field of view along it growing in proportion, so that the ratio of the encoded to the reconstructed field of view is the readout oversampling.encodingLimitsare the extremes of the counters of its readouts, with the centre the sequence defines forkspace_encoding_step_1and_2and the middle of the range for the others, andtrajectoryisOTHERorCARTESIAN. Other fields of an existing encoding are kept; missing encodings are appended. Sequence parameters the table holds replace the header’s.
