ReconBuffer.add()

Place one acquisition where its counters and echo say it belongs.

Also records its trajectory, and center_sample and dwell when not yet known. A readout placed where one already is replaces it, with a warning the first time: the sequence labels neither apart.

Parameters:

• acquisition – The acquisition, for its counters, center_sample, discards and flags, and its data. An acquisition that states no center_sample is a centred full echo.

• data – (coils, samples) to place instead of acquisition.data: a readout corrected before placement, whose center_sample and discards the acquisition states.

Raises:

ValueError – If the data is not two-dimensional, the readout does not fit the buffer along the readout, or a counter is outside the laid-out extent.
