Return the sample at a spin echo, marked as the echo centre.
A refocused train dephases around its pulses rather than after its samples, so nothing is played here – what distinguishes this readout is that the sample is the centre of an echo, which is what a reconstruction reads it as.
duration_sis what is left of the echo spacing after it.
