Return the definition and designed angle of each RF row a sequence plays.
One entry per row of the RF library some block names, in the order the conversion keeps them. Rows sharing a definition play one shape at different amplitudes or offsets, so a refocusing train is several entries naming the one definition.
Definitions are numbered as the IR numbers them, densely from 0, so a scanner reading the cache of this design names the same pulse by the same number.
