Return the phase one readout’s samples are corrected by, in rad, or None.

The phase modulation its ADC stores, plus what the shift fov_offset_m the cache was converted at adds beyond the frequency and phase offsets the scanner plays at the middle of the sampling window. fov_offset_m, in m along the logical axes, is the position the object is at when it differs from that shift, as a motion update states it: the difference is applied in full, as 2 pi (fov_offset_m - self.fov_offset_m) . k. None when nothing is applied.
