Dependencies#

The following are installed as separate packages, each under its own license, and are not redistributed by bartorch: PyTorch, NumPy, SciPy, TorchSim, MRI-NUFFT, and the optional MKL, DeepInverse, SimpleITK and PyHySCO. PyHySCO is GPL-3.0-only; it is installed only on request (the pyhysco extra) and imported only when bartorch.tools.correct_susceptibility() is called. The CUDA wheel links the CUDA runtime, cuFFT and cuBLAS dynamically and does not contain them.
