linop.Resize#

class bartorch.linop.Resize#

Bases: LinearOperator

Crop or zero-fill about the centre of each axis, BART’s resize -c.

An axis the codomain is shorter along is cropped, one it is longer along is filled with zeros, and either happens about the middle rather than the corner, as a Fourier transform’s conventions require.

Parameters:

  • oshape (tuple of int) – Codomain and domain, C order, with the same number of axes.

  • ishape (tuple of int) – Codomain and domain, C order, with the same number of axes.

Also has the methods and properties of LinearOperator.
