bartorch.mip()

Maximum or minimum intensity projection over axes, which are kept as size one.

Only real parts are compared and returned; the imaginary part of the output is zero. The maximum starts from zero, so a projection whose real parts are all negative is zero.

Parameters:

magnitude (bool, default=False) – Project the magnitude instead of the real part.
