class bartorch.tools.SusceptibilityCorrection#

Bases:

Result of correct_susceptibility(), in the input’s axis order.

Parameters:

field_map (torch.Tensor) – Estimated displacement along the phase-encoding axis, in the units of voxel_size, defined on cell edges: one sample longer than the images along that axis. The corrected blip-up image is the blip-up image sampled at \(x + b(x)\), and the blip-down at \(x - b(x)\).
blip_up (torch.Tensor) – The two corrected images, in the intensity units of the input pair and with the intensity modulation of the displacement removed.
blip_down (torch.Tensor) – The two corrected images, in the intensity units of the input pair and with the intensity modulation of the displacement removed.
