tools.coils#

bartorch.tools.coils()#

Compute coil sensitivitity maps in x-space or k-space.

Runs bart coils.

Parameters:

  • k (bool, default=False) – Compute for k-space. (-k)

  • L (bool, default=False) – (Legacy: Coil Coefficients for FOV [-1,1].) (-L)

  • n (int | None, default=None) – Select first n coil channels. (-n)

  • b (int | tuple[int, ...] | None, default=None) – Channels to keep, by index. (-b)

  • t (torch.Tensor | None, default=None) – grid on which sensitivity maps should be evaluated. (-t)

  • H2D8C (bool, default=False) – 2D head coil 8 channels (default). (--H2D8C)

  • H3D64C (bool, default=False) – 3D head coil 64 channels. (--H3D64C)

  • **extra (Any) – Further BART flags, passed through by name.
