bartorch.tools.ecaltwo()#

Second part of ESPIRiT calibration. Optionally outputs the eigenvalue maps.

Runs bart ecaltwo.

Parameters:

  • x (int) – Positional long.

  • y (int) – Positional long.

  • z (int) – Positional long.

  • input (torch.Tensor) – Input array.

  • c (float | None, default=None) – Crop the sensitivities if the eigenvalue is smaller than {crop_value}. (-c)

  • m (int | None, default=None) – Number of maps to compute. (-m)

  • S (bool, default=False) – Create maps with smooth transitions (Soft-SENSE). (-S)

  • O (bool, default=False) – () (-O)

  • g (bool, default=False) – () (-g)

  • **extra (Any) – Further BART flags, passed through by name.
