bartorch.tools.estdelay()#

Estimate gradient delays from radial data.

Runs bart estdelay.

Parameters:

  • trajectory (torch.Tensor) – Input array.

  • data (torch.Tensor) – Input array.

  • R (bool, default=False) – RING method (-R)

  • p (int | None, default=None) – [RING] Padding (-p)

  • n (int | None, default=None) – [RING] Number of intersecting spokes (-n)

  • r (float | None, default=None) – [RING] Central region size (-r)

  • B (bool, default=False) – [RING] Assume B0 eddy currents (-B)

  • **extra (Any) – Further BART flags, passed through by name.

Returns:

The command’s printed text; it writes no array.
