bartorch.tools.fakeksp()#

Recreate k-space from image and sensitivities.

Runs bart fakeksp.

Parameters:

  • image (torch.Tensor) – Input array.

  • kspace (torch.Tensor) – Input array.

  • sens (torch.Tensor) – Input array.

  • r (bool, default=False) – replace measured samples with original values (-r)

  • **extra (Any) – Further BART flags, passed through by name.

Returns:

output
