bartorch.tools.homodyne()#

Perform homodyne reconstruction along dimension dim.

Runs bart homodyne.

Parameters:

  • dim (int) – Axis the partial-Fourier fraction is along.

  • fraction (float) – Positional float.

  • input (torch.Tensor) – Input array.

  • r (float | None, default=None) – Offset of ramp filter, between 0 and 1. alpha=0 is a full ramp, alpha=1 is a horizontal line (-r)

  • I (bool, default=False) – Input is in image domain (-I)

  • C (bool, default=False) – Clear unacquired portion of kspace (-C)

  • P (torch.Tensor | None, default=None) – Use <phase_ref> as phase reference (-P)

  • n (bool, default=False) – use uncentered ffts (-n)

  • **extra (Any) – Further BART flags, passed through by name.
