bartorch.tools.rovir()#

Compute coil compression matrix using ROVir.

Runs bart rovir.

Parameters:

  • positive_signal (torch.Tensor) – Input array.

  • negative_negative (torch.Tensor) – Input array.

  • **extra (Any) – Further BART flags, passed through by name.

Returns:

orthogonal transform

Return type:

torch.Tensor
