Create a sampling pattern.

Runs bart upat.

Parameters:

  • Y (int | None, default=None) – size Y (-Y)

  • Z (int | None, default=None) – size Z (-Z)

  • y (int | None, default=None) – undersampling y (-y)

  • z (int | None, default=None) – undersampling z (-z)

  • c (int | None, default=None) – size of k-space center (-c)

  • **extra (Any) – Further BART flags, passed through by name.

Returns:

output
