bartorch.tools.walsh()#

Estimate coil sensitivities using walsh method (use with ecaltwo).

Runs bart walsh.

Parameters:

  • input (torch.Tensor) – Input array.

  • r (tuple[int, int, int] | None, default=None) – Limits the size of the calibration region. (-r)

  • R (tuple[int, int, int] | None, default=None) – () (-R)

  • b (tuple[int, int, int] | None, default=None) – Block size. (-b)

  • B (tuple[int, int, int] | None, default=None) – () (-B)

  • **extra (Any) – Further BART flags, passed through by name.

Returns:
