Sequence.adc_times

Sequence.adc_times#

Sequence.adc_times()[source]#

Return ADC sample times (s) and per-window frequency (Hz) and phase (rad).

Parameters:

time_range (Sequence[float], default=None) – Two times in seconds; only the blocks they touch are expanded.

Returns:

  • t_adc (NDArray[np.float64]) – When every sample is taken, in seconds from the start of the scan.

  • fp_adc (NDArray[np.float64]) – (n, 2), one row per ADC window rather than per sample: frequency (Hz) and phase (rad) offsets, without ppm corrections.

Examples

>>> import pypulseqpp as pp
>>> seq = pp.Sequence(pp.Opts())
>>> seq.add_block(pp.make_adc(num_samples=64, duration=3.2e-3))
1
>>> t_adc, fp_adc = seq.adc_times()
>>> t_adc.shape, fp_adc.shape
((64,), (1, 2))
