DiffusionPreparation.scale_for()

Return the gradient-amplitude factor for a requested b-value.

Parameters:

b_value (float) – Wanted b-value (s/mm^2), between zero and the design value.

Returns:

Factor to pass to pypulseq.scale_grad().

Return type:

float

Raises:

ValueError – If b_value is negative or above the design value, which the module cannot reach by scaling down.
