pypulseqpp.sequences.spatial_saturations()

Return a SpatialSaturation for each band of nonzero thickness.

A band of zero thickness is skipped.

Parameters:

• system (pypulseqpp.Opts) – System limits.

• bands (iterable of tuple) – (normal, position, thickness) per band, as SpatialSaturation takes them (m for position and thickness).

• **kwargs – Passed to every SpatialSaturation.

Returns:

One per band with a thickness, in the order given.

Return type:

list of SpatialSaturation

Raises:

ValueError – If a thickness is negative, or a band with a thickness has a zero normal.
