cli.route#

bartorch.cli.route()#

Decide whether a command line runs as an app or as the BART command.

The input files are read, since the decision depends on them: the axes a -R bitmask names depend on the image’s rank, and the model mobafit and moba fit on the times given.

Parameters:

  • name (str) – BART command, such as 'pics'.

  • argv (list of str) – Its arguments, without the command name.

Returns:

  • where ({‘app’, ‘command’}) – 'command' when no app answers the command or the command line has an argument or a file the app does not take.

  • plan (dict or None) – {'call': Call, 'outputs': [path, ...]}: the app’s arguments, with the inputs read, and the output files; None for 'command'.
