class bartorch.linop.Extract#

Bases: LinearOperator

Take the block of oshape that starts at start, BART’s linop_extract.

The adjoint zero-fills outside the block. A[key] builds one.

Parameters:

  • start (sequence of int) – Offset of the block, one per axis of ishape.

  • oshape (tuple of int) – Block shape and domain, C order, with the same rank.

  • ishape (tuple of int) – Block shape and domain, C order, with the same rank.

Also has the methods and properties of LinearOperator.
