linop.Pad#

class bartorch.linop.Pad#

Bases: LinearOperator

Make each axis longer, BART’s linop_padding.

Parameters:

  • shape (tuple of int) – Domain, C order.

  • before (int or sequence of int) – Samples added at the start of each axis; an int applies to every axis.

  • after (int or sequence of int, default=None) – Samples added at the end of each axis; None takes before.

  • mode ({"constant", "wrap", "symmetric", "reflect"}, default='constant') – Fill under numpy’s padding names; "constant" is zeros.
