linop.Resize#

class bartorch.linop.Resize#

Bases: LinearOperator

Crop or zero-fill about the centre of each axis, BART’s resize -c.

Each axis is cropped or zero-filled symmetrically about index n // 2, which keeps the centre of a centred Fourier transform in place.

Parameters:

  • oshape (tuple of int) – Codomain and domain, C order, with the same number of axes.

  • ishape (tuple of int) – Codomain and domain, C order, with the same number of axes.
