class bartorch.linop.Sum

Bases: LinearOperator

Sum over axes, BART’s linop_sum.

The summed axes are kept with size one. The adjoint is Repeat. pinv() uses the solver: BART’s closed form on this operator is ScaledSum’s.

Parameters:

• shape (tuple of int) – Domain, C order.

• axes (int or tuple of int) – Axes to sum.
