bartorch.linop.concatenate()#

Apply every operator to the same input and concatenate the outputs.

torch.cat of the outputs; pylops’ VStack. BART’s linop_stack_cod.

Parameters:
  • ops (sequence of LinearOperator) – At least one, with a common domain and codomains equal except along axis.

  • axis (int, default=0) – Codomain axis to concatenate along.

Returns:

ops[0] itself when there is one operator.

Return type:

LinearOperator

Raises:

ValueError – When the shapes do not agree as required.

Examples

>>> A = concatenate([FFT(shape, axes=-1), Identity(shape)])
>>> A.oshape == (2 * shape[0],) + shape[1:]
True
