Elementwise x / |x|, BART’s zphsr.

Built as Abs chained into the divisor of Divide, with the two inputs tied: BART’s nlop_zphsr_create calls nlop_dup(x, 0, 0), which fails BART’s own a < b assertion.

Parameters:
