class bartorch.nlop.RootSumOfSquares#

Bases: NonlinearOperator

Root sum of squared magnitudes along axes, BART’s zrss.

The reduced axes are kept with size one; the result is complex with zero imaginary part.

Parameters:

  • shape (tuple of int) – Domain, C order.

  • axes (sequence of int) – Axes summed over; () gives the elementwise magnitude.

  • eps (float, default=0.0) – Positive computes sqrt(sum(|x|^2) + eps), whose derivative is finite where the sum is zero.

Also has the methods and properties of NonlinearOperator.
