Normalized root mean square error ‖input - reference‖ / ‖reference‖.

Parameters:

  • reference (torch.Tensor) – Arrays of the same shape.

  • input (torch.Tensor) – Arrays of the same shape.

  • scaled (bool, default=False) – First scale reference by the complex least-squares factor Σ conj(reference)·input / ‖reference‖².

Returns:

The error.
